In this tutorial, I introduce a few jazz piano reharmonization techniques, including using 2 5 1s, mixture and tri-tone substitutes. I use these techniques all the time along with a few others (I promise I’ll show you those when I get a chance to). They really do make whatever tune it is that you are playing more interesting.
